Georgia from the Front Office Manager went way above and beyond to arrange a private Mama Mia tour when the boat tours wouldn’t go to the church due to wind. She is incredible and kind. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is extremely clean and has a beautiful beach and it is very walkable to the town.  You cannot go wrong with this hotel. Great value!

Everything staff amazing very helpful was dubious when seen stairs but staff carried them up for us nothing too much trouble

We loved our stay at Hotel Mato, our host Fofi was exceptionally kind, between her lovingly prepared breakfasts, housekeeping, and occasional greek lesson. The views from our room were something out of a movie and the hotel itself is in a prime location to explore and enjoy Skiathos town. Perfect place for one to have a wonderful stay coupled with an authentic Greek experience!

Eleni was very welcoming, helpful and kind. The apartment has an incredible location being right on the port with stunning views over the old port. So close to the ferries, shops and tavernas. There is a balcony to sit out on which adds to the dreamy ambience. We found the apartment clean, spacious and tastefully designed. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows and the shower was excellent with nice hot water. Our stay was at the beginning of November and we thought that it was great and very fair value. We would have liked to have stayed longer and we look forward to returning. We have already recommended this apartment to friends!

This property is a hidden gem. The staff is what makes the difference, especially the manager. George R., he was a true professional and always checked in with us to make sure everything was going great. The rooms were fantastic with a lovely view. I was greatly impressed with George and his team.
