Everything. It is quite new, very well appointed, comfortable, clean and beautifully positioned by the beach with a lovely view of Turkey. The WiFi was excellent. We are an older couple and very much appreciated the quietness as it is on the lesser developed west coast. The owner was very communicative and nothing was too much trouble. She was lovely. The restaurant called Elena, a short walk away (2 minutes) offered excellent food and you can walk into Soroni which has a very good supermarket. I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely villa to anybody.

Everything was great. Owners and the staff was really nice and attentive. They answered all of our questions and helped us a lot. Restaurant’s food was delicious. The room was very spacious and clean. Kalavarda beach was really peaceful and secluded it was like we had a private beach to ourselves. There is a beach bar and some sunbeds available.

From the moment we confirmed the booking, the experience was nothing short of perfect!! The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive even before we arrived and It was truly a pleasure meeting the family, so friendly & accommodating making us feel so welcome and cared for throughout our stay. The villa itself exceeded all expectations – spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained. The garden is large and peaceful, with stunning views, and the big balcony offered the perfect place to relax and take it all in. Honestly, the photos don’t do this place justice. It’s even more beautiful in real life. We only wish we could have stayed longer, and we truly hope to return again soon. So if you're looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle then this is a perfect place for a quiet remote location family escape! Highly recommended – both the villa and the wonderful people behind it!

First of all, thank to Konstantinos – a very positive and welcoming host. He met us at the airport and took us to the house, and he was available at any time if we had questions. The house is located in a wonderful spot, right by the beach. Just a few meters away, there was a great taverna serving local food, and shops were within walking distance, even if you don’t have a car. The house is fully equipped (the host has thought of every little detail). If you plan to cook, there’s a fully equipped kitchen available. It was also great to have a washing machine with all the necessary detergents, as well as an ironing board and iron. Each room had air conditioning, which was a real lifesaver during the hot season to cool down and relax. At check-out, we were supposed to leave the key on the table or in the key box by the gate. However, in a rush, the kids closed the door with the key still inside. When we realized what had happened, the host responded in a very understanding and kind way, saying that these things happen.I still feel bad about this incident, which caused the host some extra costs.

We have met a very nice person, even beautiful : Nicolinda ....she is so attentive to her guests and provides advice, ideas, places not to be missed and products of her garden. Thanks to her, and her family, we were able to enjoy the must-see sites and taste Greek specialities. It's more than a rental, it's a family home since we were welcomed like friends in a wonderful way. We particularly appreciated the quiet, restful location among olive trees, with a swimming pool. Fedra's house is beautiful and has a magical Greek vibe. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very well equipped and had a lovely terrace. Maria was friendly and helpful. She waited for us in the late evening and gave us the keys. She also gave us the grill equipment and a parasol and helped us fix a cuddly toy.
