We had 2 different rooms. Both of them had a AC which you could set as you like. Kitchen drawers were decently equipped, everything we needed was there. Fridge was running already on arrival. Towels and bed sheets were included. Host was really friendly, could ask if we needed something. There is also new asphalt road to this property, so no more dusty roads.

Staff was wonderful, place was great, food was outstanding! Personally, I can't find any negative sides! Everything was percect!

Our recent stay at Aristea in Sarti, was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and a clean, inviting atmosphere. It was evident that the staff took great care in ensuring a pleasant stay for their guests. One of the highlights of our experience was the lovely terrace with a picturesque view of Mount Athos. It provided a peaceful spot to enjoy the surrounding beauty and soak up the serene atmosphere. Spending time there was a true treat and added an extra touch of tranquility to our stay. They are conveniently located near a beautiful wild beach with clear waters. The beach was within easy reach, and we thoroughly enjoyed taking refreshing swims in the pristine, crystal-clear waters. It was a refreshing escape and a great way to connect with nature. The air conditioning was effective and kept our room comfortably cool, even during the hottest hours of the day. It provided a welcome respite from the summer heat and allowed us to relax and rest comfortably. Lastly, we would like to express our appreciation for the friendly and helpful hosts. They were always available to assist us with any questions or requests, and their warm hospitality made us feel at home throughout our stay. In conclusion, our experience at Aristea in Sarti was thoroughly enjoyable. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, the terrace view was lovely, and the proximity to the wild beach was a definite plus. We had such a fantastic time that we are already planning to return next year. We highly recommend Aristea Studios to anyone seeking a pleasant and relaxing getaway in Sarti.

Everything was fantastic, the hosts are kind and very hospitable, the location is very close to the beach and the city center, many taverns, supermarkets. Sarti is a very beautiful city and the sea is warm, calm, crystal clear and incredibly blue.Thanks to our hosts.

Harris and his mother were incredibly hospitable, their warmth and friendliness made our stay even more special. The property’s central location and cleanliness were also excellent. It was important for us to find an option in which we have vacation with our teenage children, but at the same time they live separately. And we found it! Villa Ulyana Sarti meets all our needs! - walking distance to the sea - great quality of the apartments - and the villa has a great room for teenagers (Studio Mini). And the icing on the cake for us was the 24/7 concierge service from Ulyana. Now we can live as a family in one location, the children live separately, but nearby)) and everything we want to know we will find out through Ulyana! Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation!

10 feet away from the perfect private beach with smooth sand and crystal clear water. The house has all facilities needed for a perfect family holiday and the host is realy helpfull in every situation. We recomand it wormly.
