All the staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful. The facilities are spacious and wonderful, especially the pool. Descent length and depth for swimming and a separate pool for kids. Perfect dinner menu with great food.

Alexios, our host, was exceptional in making our stay in Ioannina a fantastic experience. He typifies "filoxenia". The apartment is in the old quarter close to walls and the waterfront. Beautifully presented, great apartment, great location. We will definitely stay there again.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it was as fantastic as the first! The staff are incredibly friendly and polite, making every guest feel genuinely welcome. The location is ideal, especially if you're looking for a peaceful getaway to relax and recharge. The rooms are impressively spacious, well-equipped, and offer beautiful views. The beds are very comfortable, contributing to a restful stay. The bathrooms are also large and spotlessly clean, adding to the comfort. The Hotel was exceptional, the people are nice and everything is tidy. We had a great time! If you stay in the zagori region, then book this hotel. The tour information that they give are really great! Don't forget to eat at the hotel restaurant. Especially the rose wine with starters is great! Directly from the village there is a really nice hiking path up to a mountain top, 1:30h with great view!

The interiors are very refreshing. Spacious and comfy. Parking in front of property is not possible, however you may enter to drop off your luggage. Then free on-street parking may be found very close by. Location is very convenient. In the hub, close to the old town and water ferries.

First of all, the hotel is in perfect location if you want to explore Zagarochoria! Rooms are very nice, comfortable and you have all the amenities you might need! Breakfast is homemade and really delicious. Maria is the best host you could expect. She greets all the guests with love and care. Giving a full plan for each day what to explore and provides full guidance. We had a wonderful time and Maria made our stay really special.
