We came here and immediately fell in love with this place! Everybody is exceptionally friendly, the restaurant stuff is super attentive. The lady who runs the place is such a sweetheart and you can tell that the personnel likes working here. The garden is fantastic and so is the setting. Try the free kayaks. It’s captivating to explore the Lake on your own.

Very friendly staff and I believe a family run business. Rooms were more then big enough and consistently had hot water. We were offered a room clean and additionally free access to kayaks. Basketball court was an added bonus and provided plenty to do when not exploring the town. Finally there is 2 very friendly dogs we liked. They do have there own area if you were afraid of them however.

This hotel is absolutely incredible. We felt like we were in a 5 star not a 3 star hotel. The staff are the loveliest & most helpful people and from start to finish our stay was magical. We will definitely remember it forever it’s a beautiful authentic place with modern facilities, elite attention to detail .. the food is also amazing and a we were spoilt for choice! Location is spectacular and staff really tried but were not put in position to succeed. Emmerson did a great job arranging boats and cars for day trips from the resort.

Incredibly friendly staff. Will help you with anything you need, even when you don't necessarily ask for it. While cooking, we where opening a can of diced tomatoes with a pocket knife, and the lady saw us struggle and gave us a can opener. Little things like that really warmed out hearts. The room itself is nice. On the smaller side, but since there's a big communal area you won't need much space. The kitchen was also nice. They've got pretty much all you should need. Once again it's the communal living room adjacent to it that did it for us. Towels and soap included, and there's a tv in the room (if you'd ever want to use it). Breakfast is 't included, can be ordered. It was tasty and filling, but a little more expensive than elsewhere (we paid 50Q for the biggest plate I believe).

The accomodation is very pretty. This is a family house and they are very kind and helpfull. The upper floor has an amazing view to the volcanos and our bedroom was huge. They also indicate the fair prices we should pay to tuk tuk and boats in lake atitlan.
