We love it here because it is a quiet island getaway as we live on Roatan, we come here a few times a month to get away! Everything is right on site, room service is great, the food is good, and the beds are amazing. Great place to stay.

Hotel was great, the whole location with 2 seimming pools and beautiful beaches, olus my room and especially the service. Let me especially highlight Darby at the reception who restlessly looked for helping me to safely come from Roatán to the Maya ruins. And she made it, thanks so much!

The customer service was exceptional, as soon as I walked in, my family and I were greeted by the staff at the front desk. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was immaculate and well- appointed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night of sleep, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The attention to detail in maintaining the room was evident and it made me, and my family truly pampered during the stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly exceptional experience.

EVERYTHING, BEAUTIFUL, NICE FINISHES, FANTASTIC SERVICE, YOU ONLY HAD TO CALL ONCE FOR ANYTHING, TOWELS, WATER, ETC. THE JACUZZI WAS GREAT AND THE POOL TOO. WE HAD TERRIBLE WEATHER BUT WE HAD AN AMZING TME BECAUSE OF THE CHOICE WE MADE AT OCEAN ONE. WOULD LOVE TO REPEAT IN NICER WEATHER

    The only thing I liked about this property is that the beach and pool is clean . The rest is awful. The staff very rude and unfriendly, will serve your drinks with bad attitude. The food is disgusting they will serve same exact food every single day breakfast lunch and dinner same food. My family and I got sick from our stomach from this food . The rooms are filthy , no water pressure in rooms , no mirrors , no irons, no hairdryer in rooms . Beds are uncomfortable. Will not recommend and I won’t stay in this resort ever again !
