The customer service was exceptional, as soon as I walked in, my family and I were greeted by the staff at the front desk. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was immaculate and well- appointed, with all the amenities one could ask for. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a restful night of sleep, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The attention to detail in maintaining the room was evident and it made me, and my family truly pampered during the stay. EVERYTHING, BEAUTIFUL, NICE FINISHES, FANTASTIC SERVICE, YOU ONLY HAD TO CALL ONCE FOR ANYTHING, TOWELS, WATER, ETC. THE JACUZZI WAS GREAT AND THE POOL TOO. WE HAD TERRIBLE WEATHER BUT WE HAD AN AMZING TME BECAUSE OF THE CHOICE WE MADE AT OCEAN ONE. WOULD LOVE TO REPEAT IN NICER WEATHER

Location is perfect and staff really really nice. There is a giant reef right in front of the hotel and the facilities are really good.

Great breakfast, plenty options and good quality food. The staff very friendly and helpful, nice location and comfortable rooms, good quality bed sheets and pillows. Definitely a place I would come back to.
