Our stay here exceeded our expectation, despite the fact of the language barrier we were given welcome wine, free bicycle hire, cooking facilities, fridge. The owners of the apartment were very friendly and hospitable. The apartment has a good location close to the city center and mall. The apartment is very clean,comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. It also has good sound insulation, so the location near the railway station is not noticeable.

The apartment is keyless, clear, very cozy and well-designed with parking next to apartman. I would say that it was one of the best apartments in which I have ever been. The host thought on everything and prepared Coca-cola, milk and also vine for us, what I really appreciate. I hope that we will came there again but for more than just one night.

We stayed for 7 nights in a 2 bed apartment at LAVilla as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. We couldn’t have chosen a better apartment in Osijek for our first visit to the city. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish). Nothing was too much trouble. The location just excellent and within walking distance of town centre, shops, restaurants, river promenade, bars and pubs. Apartment is very well maintained, has proper security (electronic code entry), cctv, and all modern amenities. Very spacious and roomy. Well air conditioned too. Decor is modern and tastefully done. Beds are comfortable and bathroom has a rain shower. All in all, we loved the accommodation having looked at several properties as options prior to renting LAVilla. Owner is most courteous and helpful and my thanks to him for his kind hospitality. Housekeeping must also get a mention for keeping the flat neat and tidy although we managed mostly ourselves as well. Highly recommend this property.

The owner was extremely polite and kind . We arrived 1,5 hour earlier but the owner still took care of us ! I recommend it !!!

I adored both exterior and interior of the place. This is in fact a brewery, coffee shop and the restaurant in an old house in the old part of the city (remains of the fortress, so the district is named " Tvrđa" as a kind of shortcut or deminutive of " utvrda" what means " fortress" in Croatian language). The first flour and the attic of the house are turned in a sort of boutique hotel.
