Staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was perfect. A large sized room which was spotless clean with a comfortable bed. The whole place had excellent facilities and is in the perfect location in the city! Espresso pods and water which was provided in the room added a lovely touch.

This hotel was everything I hoped it would be and more. I called a few days prior to my arrival to ask if early check in was possible, which they immediately said they could and would do. The rooms were ready when we arrived and they were even upgraded for free. All the staff were extremely kind and professional. The hotel is simply beautiful, every tiny detail was above the expectations. The room was really large and extremely comfortable, it had the best mini-bar selection I have seen in a long time. The bathroom is large and impeccably clean. I am absolutely astonished by everything here and will come back for sure.

The host had ice cream for the children ready in the freezer, they were so happy. There was also fruit and and soda and water and coffee. Pretty much all you need. This is the best place we stayed ❤️ very, very clean. There is a washing machine and washing detergent available. There was all kinds of shampoo and shower jel. It is fantastic and worth every penny.
