The room was cosy and quiet, the location is perfect for a relaxing weekend, near the forest and hiking routes. The breakfast was good, the staff very friendly and kind. It was our second time here and we are sure to return soon!

I forgot my reservation with half board, and had dinner before arrival. My suggestion is that hotel should remind customer the last order time of restaurant for late arrival. I had a similar experience in Dolomites when I was driving to the hotel with a late arrival.

I can feel staff are trying to helpl and really friendly but they dont speak english which makes complicated in communication. Like i dont know what is included and what is charged even though i can feel they are honest but just i dont understand what was charged. Also i left message no need for dinner in room on my arrival day, i guess they are nice or dont understand my message, they still put dinner in my room and was wasted. I appreciate the gesture, but just check the message and that is not neccessary. No harsh feeling, just totally can be avoid misunderstanding
