We booked Suite Family Room, We had a great time spent in Le Premier Hotel premises, very clean bedrooms, bathrooms, towels, bed sheets, modern kitchenette, quiet atmosphere (we're looking for it), comfortable bed, cozy rooms and amenities. Rooms service was amazing, fast respond.

Accessibility, everything you wanted or needed was in or around the hotel, I paid for breakfast included and that also didn't disappoint, many choices from Western foods to more local foods. The staff, eventhough their English was a little lacking tried their best and were pretty friendly to us. I didn't make use of the laundry service as I had someone else around to help me out with this, but I was very glad to know it is a possibility, perhaps next time I can make use of it. There's two restaurants in the hotel, a Japanese one and one that just like breakfast offered a wide variety of foods. The food was very tasty and I would recommend it to many people around. Long story short, my general experience was great and you can definitely expect to see me again.

My mum stayed there for some days to visit me and my family here,and she wakes up very easy from noise.the last hotel in Cikarang where she had stayed before was a catastrophe in terms of noise and noisey people.so glad I found this place for her..also very friendly staff.can definitely recommend!
