Substantial house with an interesting link to famous and tragic English literary family. Engaging host, good cooked breakfast in an elegant period setting (mugs for tea would be preferred to the dainty little teacups). Facility for making own drinks in a downstairs room adjacent to the dining room with some relevant literary books available to browse.
