The location was lovely, walking distance to Kinsale town (although its at the top of the hill, so some might find it a little tough). There was plenty of free parking onsite aswell. The whole building was really well looked after the decor was warm, inviting, simple with a lovely classical twist and some beautiful pieces of furniture. It was a great first impression of the place, I will say. The owner was a lovely women, very friendly and as she has lived in the area quite a while, can provide guidance on what to see and do. The breakfast was really tasty, one of the best I have ever eaten at a B&B or hotel.

Great place to stay in Kinsale! The hosts were easy to contact, The place was clean, comfortable and in a great location! With the windows open you will hear what's going on in the local establishments but we did not find that an issue. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this place! So much feeling put into everything, and the people that own the place really are so lovely! Love the hot tub! Thank you to the owners for pre-lighting it so that it was perfect by the time we arrived! The animals are very well taken care of, as is everything on the property, and it's so much fun taking a walk and having a chat with them! There are lovely detailed, easy to read information boards about the animals, I was surprisingly very well educated on Pigs just from reading the information they've posted up, thank you! We ended our stay off at the market that started at 10 am. Coffee, treats, clothes, jewellery, arts & crafts and more. Great spot, good support of the community and sustainability, we need more of this! Oh yes, and the bus! It's so cosy and comfortable, everything you need! The showers are right next to the bus with beautiful water temperature! Honestly, you're taken care of with everything you need for a good stay. Beds are very comfortable. The closest ATM is about 9mins away in Ballinspittle. Also, great for kids, there's a play area indoor and outdoor, then the animals are a great attraction for little ones, we had our almost 5yo son with us and he enjoyed them so much! So happy we stayed here, thank you.

This was an exceptional stay. Contact with the owner was very reliable, and they were very flexible with our requests. The houseboat is decorated and equipped to a very high standard, featuring all appliances and cooking equipment of the highest quality. The accommodation is furnished to a very high standard and is very comfortable. We stayed on board for the duration and cooked, enjoying the incredible views for dinner, breakfast, and lunch. Pre-dinner drinks on the upper deck were memorable, with a fantastic sunset view that we enjoyed.
