The house is absolutely beautiful. Our room had everything you could need, with so much attention to the guests comfort. Eileen also provides your choice of freshly cooked breakfast served in a delightful room. Also plenty of on site parking.

I was pleased with everything about the hotel. Ireland was a magical place, and this hotel did not disappoint. It was filled with helpful staff and amenities. We LOVED the full Irish breakfast every morning--the restaurant staff was always smiling, always waiting to perform their duties and then some! The front desk staff helped us arrange transportation, gave us tips on places to visit, but more than anything, they exuded that charm that only the Irish are capable of showing. Overall, we enjoyed a delightful experience!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Killarney National Park. With bicycles on disposal, and option to use SPA in hotel it gives you a perfect spot for exploring the surroundings. Staff is very helpful and friendly! Would gladly recommend and come again when travelling through Ireland!

Highest recommendations for the Torc Hotel and its wonderful staff. The location (Killarney) is an excellent launching pad for tourists, such as myself, who enjoy trekking throughout the southwestern Kerry and Cork peninsulas (Dingle- 25 min to Castlemaine; Iveragh- 30 min to Kenmare; Beara- 30 min to Knockduragh; as well as Sheep’s Head and Mizen Head- 2 hours to each point) but do not want to have to unpack and repack to move to a new location everyday. It offers ample, free parking and is just outside of the busy town center, which is a plus for me as it provides a quiet retreat. The hotel has full breakfast service for its guests and serves meals 7 days per week, even off-season. This latter is especially convenient as during off-season, it can be very difficult to find an open restaurant in the aforementioned areas. The food is excellent and very reasonably priced. Generous pours on beverages. The hotel is very quaint (still uses actual keys for their rooms) but the rooms have been updated with modern bathrooms and fixtures (everything is shiny and clean). The beds are luxurious (very comfortable mattresses and comforters). The wait staff (both breakfast and restaurant/bar detail) are super friendly and attentive. I’ve been a B&B-er guest in Ireland for many years, but for the above reasons, I think I’ve found a home away from home with the Torc Hotel. I will definitely be back every year!

Incredibly nice place, with an extremely friendly and hospitable host. Room very comfortable and clean, and even without breakfast, plenty of amenities to make for a comfortable stay!

Located just 1.5 km from Killarney High Street, Gleann Fia Country House offers guests e car charging and free parking. Located on the river Deenagh with acres of wild garden.
