Great location, only a few minutes walk to the lake. Very clean. Extremely friendly welcome from Norman, the best cook for breakfast. Would like to stay longer, but unfortunately we are on a round trip.

Beautiful location peaceful and quiet and only a stones throw from Killaloe for shops and places to go out. Authentic cottage experience. And Fred and Monica were fantastic hosts - friendly and welcoming. All in all we had a beautiful stay and it was hard to leave!

Lovely clean and spacious room with big bathroom . Breakfast was exceptional , with vegetables growing on the property served alongside traditional breakfast . Phyll the owner runs one of the best BnB ‘s I have stayed in. And a great carácter too . I will definitely recommend here without hesitation. Photos on the website doesn't do the house justice, gorgeous house. Stunning area around the harbour. 26 mins drive into Thomond Park Stadium for events/concerts. H ighly recommend. Will book again if I come to the Limerick area.

Bedroom with separate lounge room and bathroom just for us. Kettle with tea and coffee, fresh milk supplied🙂. Biscuits and little treats are also nice. Supermarket nearby. Best pillow I've had in my travels so far. Great value.
