The apartment is exceptional. It is modern, large and very comfortable. It has a kitchen area, lounge, bedroom and bathroom, so compared to most B&Bs we have stayed in, it is very big. It has WiFi that works very well. The owner went out of his way to make sure our experience was a good one.

Location is perfect. Handy to Limerick but a lovely peaceful setting. Attractive grounds, decent rooms, great wifi, great tv, great beds, great bathrooms, and all rooms have decent seating and desk as well as tea and coffee and proper kettle. Windows open too.
