Lovely hotel , very homely feel to it. The staff were very friendly especially the reception staff and the leisure centre staff. The pool area is very clean, and a great size. My kids had loads of fun. Breakfast was really good, with a lovely selection. The waffles were excellent and a real treat for the kids, they loved the self service waffle station. Breakfast staff were also very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of three nights, and found the location suited us perfectly.

In the picturesque village of Ballinaboola, the family-run Horse and Hound Inn offers en suite rooms and 2 bars, on the N25. There is free private parking and free internet access.

We had problems with our ferry crossing which meant we did not arrive until early morning. Katie made sure we had breakfast and kept a room for us with a late checkout so we could get some sleep.

We had the most fun and amazing stay at Matty's Pub Apartments and would totally recommend staying there. You would never meet a more friendlier bunch of local folk or a more welcoming and laid back host. It was made quite clear from the start that meals were not part of the package but were available if required close by.Matty certainly made our time in Royaloak very special.

While the Rhu Glenn was outside of town it was a very warm welcoming place to stay. The rooms were very clean and the service was fantastic. We are in the pub and it was the best meal we ate in our trip. Had turkey, ham mashed potatoes stuffing and gravy. The gravy so so good! We would definitely go back if we ever get another chance.

We only stayed the one night at Angela's, we received a very warm welcome, the room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, with beautiful decor, tea & Coffee facilities, chocolate bars in the room. Bed was so comfortable, bed linen was superb, plenty of hanging space for clothes, & drawers, bedside lamps.a tv or radio would have been nice but not really necessary, as the tranquility was spot on ! free WiFi was handy. Angela was a mind of local information as to where to go for food & drinks and local history, places to visit , she was very passionate about the local history! Bonus ! Continental breakfast was Awsome, so much choice. Again Angela went above and beyond to meet our needs . Towels provided, shower was off the scale amazing. Beautiful rural area.
