Reception was welcoming and very helpful. The bar staff was good and quick as it was very busy could do with more sitting in bar as we had to sit in lobby. The breakfast couldnt be any better as with 2 very fussy kids there was something for every one

The cottage has everything you will need for an extremely comfortable stay, and if wifi is something you require, a perfect high-speed system is available to connect to, with access to Netflix and more. This cottage has room for everyone. A sun room with the background sound of the stream outside, a fantastic lounge with comfy seats, and a stone floored kitchen with a rocking chair, and even a small dog bed for our Lucy, who loved her stay. This is not out first time here and we’ve enjoyed it just as much. It’s very competently run, has lovely helpful staff, nice large rooms, good breakfast, and nice food and drink all around. Lovely views in both directions are a plus too as well as free ample parking.
