We got a family room which was great and plenty of room . The breakfast was top class . The staff were so nice and helpful . Our 3 year old made a lot of noise and was being a typical 3 year old 🙈🙈🙈 . No one said a word to us and made us feel more than welcome . The manger Paul went above and beyond to rectify the situation as quickly as possible while keeping us updated. Overall, staff were very helpful and friendly, they couldnt do enough for us.
