The house is lovely. And when we were there, it was basically empty - so we had the place to ourselves. The owner was very accomodating to our requests and gave us an extra hour to check out and answered all my questions prior to visiting.

I came to Raanana to visit family and found the Hotel to be comfortable, and welcoming and I had an all-around great stay. The staff is friendly, helping with every request; the Spa and Fitness center are state of the art; the breakfast is delicious, and the rooms were clean and perfect for my needs. I will absolutely return in the near future!!! Deena, the guest relations manager, made the hotel feel like we were staying in her home! She took such good care of us that I was literally blown away. As an American used to great service outside of Israel, Deena and the entire team at Prima have set a new bar of excellence for Israeli hotels!

Everything was excellent. The hotel is new, modern and very clean. The stuff was super nice and very friendly. They offered us extra service that wasn’t included in the price like a light dinner in the lounge on the last floor and also the breakfast (we didn’t stay for the breakfast so I don’t know how it was but the light dinner was very good). Our room was on one of the last floors and the view was very nice by night. There is also a small pool on the last floor. The location is very strategic too because you’re relatively close to Tel Aviv and to the Ben Gurion airport (you need a car to get to both). Also there is a huge mall just 5 min walking. We will definitely come back in this hotel if we need to stay in Tel Aviv area.

Amir is the most helpful, warm and welcoming host. The property felt like home away from home. There were extra towels, it was super clean and had all basic essentials eg. Foil, dishwasher soap, handsoap, tea, bottled water, coffee, sugar etc. Amir made sure all our needs were met and that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The property is set off the street so it is quiet and peaceful but at the same time centrally located. 2 min walk from major bus stops, fantastic restaurants and supermarkets. Hope to be able to go back soon.

the whole set up of the place was just perfect. Everything had been thought of. The hosts even had coffee/milk in fridge as well as bathroom essentials, which was SO welcomed. For religious visitors, this place even has a shabbat kettle and meat/milk utensils. Amazing!
