Hotel staff was very helpful in moving us to different rooms as the view from our window was just lot of construction trash. Breakfast had good variety. Lots of construction so roads are not good but the property if beautiful.

This must be the best resort in Kashmir in terms of location, services & the staff response. Siraj & Fayaz of restaurant are the brightest stars. Also Surjeet & Javaid of security are the guys welcoming the guests with smile & helping them.

Every arrangements in the Hotel are satifsctory and upto the mark. Staff named Rayees and Umer(manager) are very much well behaved and helpful. Breakfast and foodings are also very good.
