This is a FANTASTIC property, and a truly must-stay destination in South Goa. The staff are phenomenal (the owner will go out of his way to make your stay comfortable), the location is stunning and so close to Cola Beach (easily one of the best beaches in Goa). The food they make at the restaurant is amazing and reasonably priced (the aloo lababdar in particular is incredible), and the rooms are clean and spacious and beautiful for watching the nature that surrounds the property. Thank you so much, I hope we will be back :)

I can only recommend this place to you. I booked for two nights and stayed for a couple of weeks. This accommodation is particularly suitable for a yoga retreat (but you can also stay there without doing yoga of course). Don't also miss the great Singing Bowl meditation that Ruban offers. It is quiet and peaceful and Ruban makes you feel at home and gives you a lot of space. It's perfect for solo travelers as well as couples. The rooms are simple but nice. It's less than 50 meters to the beach (most beautiful stretch of beach with wonderful sunrise and sunset spots) and good restaurants around the corner. This place is exactly what I was looking for and needed and I felt so comfortable here. Thank you Ruban

The villas are beautifully constructed and offer a very private experience, with all the required amenities. The staff at Simrose made the experience ten times better - they are extremely attentive and go above and beyond for all your needs. Close to Agonda Beach and several restaurants in that area, but there is also very nice restaurant and bar at the property itself.

Neemrana's Three Waters is located in Betul, 16 km from Margao Railway Station, 48 km from Mormugao Port, as well as 49 km from Goa State Museum.

What an absolutely beautiful spot right on Agonda beach. Loved waking up to the sea views and watching the sun set from my balcony. Dana and Pankaj are the loveliest hosts you could find and make you feel so welcome. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is the place for you. So many great restaurants in the area too. Would 100% stay here again.

Staff is well-trained and very nice, they were helpful, kind and always available. The houses are brand new and spacious, right on the beach. Yoga is available daily and the restaurant provides very tasty food and some entertainment.

We really liked the look of this place. But after reading the reviews, and seeing there were two 3.0 reviews with no actual comments from UK guests, we decided to book in just for 1 night to check it out. We immediately extended for another 2 nights. The hotel is impeccable. Excellent staff and a wonderful manager who catered to our every need. Great rooms and bathrooms. Wifi was not working on the 3rd floor so had to use in the reception area where it was very fast. There is no lift but there is a ramp so no issue with wheeling bags and of course there are staff to help. Breakfast was very good. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach. They called us a taxi which costs 200 rupees and he became our driver for our stay. Used him to return to airport. We loved Palolem beach. We had been in Baga Beach before this which was horrific. When we review a hotel we have to consider what we paid for it. We cannot expect the Hilton for this price. Quality-price ratio was very high. Thanks to the manager and all the staff for being so wonderful
