Oolala is situated in the old city of Udaipur and is super near all the popular tourist attractions. Lovely, Jitu and Manish are fantastic hosts, they will always make sure that I am feeling comfortable, well-fed every morning, and safe. I certainly didn’t expect a goodbye gift and that means a lot! Room and toilet are huge and clean, it has everything! I faced a small problem at the washroom but it was fixed really quickly. The white room gets a really nice lake view and I get to see fireworks at night too :)

Beautiful property. Room was very spacious and really very well appointed. The dining room was breathtaking and the cooking is out of this world. Weeks later and I still miss Mrs. Singh's cooking! Shiv Singh was great and the owners are around if you needed anything

Our stay at Lassi Guest House was so lovely. It’s the little things that count. The rooms are beautiful with wall and ceiling paintings. The location is great. Loca and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and to help us. There is a delicious complementary breakfast, a roof top area and small communal space with books, tea, coffee, water and biscuits as complementary. There was also detox and beetroot water. We had a package delivered there, which came after we had already checked out. They took delivery and kept it safe until we could pick it up. We honestly can’t recommend this guest house enough. We loved our stay and extended for a few days extra.

We had a very pleasant stay, very comfy and clean beds, design of the room is so nice, has warm water , very good location and has so much to do around. Walking distance to many attractions. Very good breakfast. The host and the staff are exceptional. Akshay was very helpful and hospitable, he was always there when we needed something.

Absolutely everything but staff were exceptional . I had to move from a terrible hotel that my travel agent booked me in to and it was like coming from hell and going into heaven . The staff in trident are angels who make everything right. They went way above the call of duty to look after us. Jayveer was beyond exceptional and did everything to make sure we were taken care of . The hotel itself is stunning , food brilliant etc but I have never in my life experienced anything like the staff at trident . Every single one of them . Lokendra in the restaurant was outstanding , Yashika who greeted us on our first day , Saksham , who gave great service and who got Pramod the chef to give me the recipe for their curry, the best I’ve ever tasted. I will come all the way from Ireland to stay just there again . I even cancelled the hotel I had booked in Jaipur and changed to to the Trident hotel in Jaipur and will stay with the Trident group anywhere I can from now on. Their staff are at a different level entirely, better than anything I’ve ever experienced. I have to again say thanks to Jayveer for sorting out a lot of problems we had yesterday. Cancelled trains, travel agent etc and for taking care of us so well .
