I stayed in Stanley's Residency in the previous month and I was mesmerized by what Stanley's Residency offer at a very affordable price. Having lived in a few 5 star facilities, I am not saying that you can expect exceptional luxury but you will definitely experience the clean and comfort you will see in a 5 star accommodation at a very economical price. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms, top-notch amenities and the impeccable service provided by the Staff. The stay is very cost effective from a financial perspective and the easy commute to Amrita Hospital (I just had to cross a railway track from the apartment to enter the main gain of the hospital saving great time and energy driving down to the hospital) makes this even more attractive.

Located at the Forum Mall , extremely convenient for shopping and entertainment. The Mall has a wonderful variety of branded and non branded stores including a Lulu supermarket. Prices are very keen as is the selection of retail stores and goods at great quality, great prices . Situated across the banks of the Backwaters, most beautiful views from the rooms . Restaurants are excellent value for money - as is in room dining , flavorful food and menu options . The Property is Beautifully designed with minute attention to artistic as well as functional detail in the rooms - what a pleasure to the eye !!!- and extremely comfortably outfitted , spacious bedrooms with balconies that have the option of protective shade blinds as well as mosquito netting ! Best of all are staff , pleasant, willing and eager to make ur stay a pleasant one, always listening, always willing to go the extra mile . Thank you for a wonderful stay of 3 nights ...wish we had more time to spend at this property.

I had a fantastic stay at Kovil Homes Guest Land. The host was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. They shared great personal tips on restaurants and activities, which really enhanced my experience in the town. The location of the accommodation is perfect—not directly in the tourist center, but close enough to easily reach it while enjoying a charming local vibe. It was the ideal base for exploring the area. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming stay with a personal touch!

Jose aka Joseph and Nimmy were excellent hosts. It's very centrally located and near to the main tourist attractions and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and have a tremendous air conditioning system. The balcony was an added bonus. A fresh breakfast is served on the roof top terrace with its amazing views. One final advantage about staying here is that Joseph is only too willing to help any tourist by organising and arranging things to see or do. Fantastic overall.

This really is a very special hotel. You feel like you've stepped into another world. We saw some of the rooms and each of them is designed in a different style, always very appealing. There are numerous surprises, from the golden entrance door to the golden toilet bowl . Right next door is the seemingly endless antique store of the owner, who showed us his best pieces during a personal tour. We should also mention the beautiful restaurant right on the water and the very friendly staff. Martin is a treasure who greeted us every day with a smile and fulfilled every wish. Many thanks to Martin, George and the entire Ginger House Team! Don't miss out on this unique experience at a good price-performance ratio!
