very quiet in the nature. lovely man who arranged food and chai for us. the owner was very lovely and drove us to our next destination. he was very warm and friendly and drove us home a lovely way through the best forest area we have seen here.

What a hidden gem Hornbill Camp is. Nestled in lush jungle on the edge of the river and Thattekad Bird Sanctuary this is truly the place to relax and experience incredible nature and wildlife at your doorstep. Suresh and his staff were exceptional, and the camp naturalist incredibly knowledgeable. It is rare to meet someone as passionate and engaging as Suresh, hqvubg him as our host was a true highlight. We really enjoyed the camps many activities- kayaking, mountain biking and bird watching. The food was excellent, can recommend you take meals here. The glamping tents were very comfortable with nice beds, AC, fan and ensuite toilet. We loved our private porch looking over the river. Cannot recommend enough, this is a very special place.

This was our first destination in Kerala and we wish we had been able to stay longer than the single night our schedule allowed. It’s a totally serene and private environment since it only has 5 rooms. The food was absolutely incredible and the staff and owner all lovely, and generous with their time. Would love to return one day.

The stay was pleasant. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was polite and helpful. Mr. Sunny went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. The place is close enough to the town and has a breathtaking view of hills, from the balconies.

The best place to have relaxing days. The property manager Arun was extremely kind and happy to provide whatever we needed. He also showed us the nature around, and did a 1h trekking to watch sunrise from the mountain. I loved the fresh watermelon juices, and drinking them in the pool. I would totally come back :D!!!
