Very friendly, family run hotel very close to the center. The owner of the hotel Mr. Gonbo was very helpful, he organized an excellent program for us for four days. The room with balcony is very spacious. On the last night he fed us dinner and lit a campfire. The hotel is located in a very pleasant courtyard with huge trees and vegetable garden with two cute dogs. We will be happy to come back anytime.

Heart and Heaven Homestay was like a home from the first moment. The location is great, just one street away from the main market, yet on a quiet side street, making it perfect for rest and relaxation. The homestay is very stylish, everything is clean, the rooms are huge and comfortable, the furniture is beautiful. The whole place has a really welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, it was just so good to come back here. The rooftop terrace with the full panorama is simply breathtaking, the most beautiful view you can imagine. But what really makes this place special are the wonderful people who run it. Best service from the staff and the owner was so Friendly and guided us the best route for our trip , food was just like home in affordable price and very helpful in every aspect, we had to stay another night in leh because we got late for our route , and they managed everything in just one call and we checked in 2.00 am in night and they still didn't charged us extra for that , and managed our dinner in that late night , also they have such a beautiful rooms with best mountain views , i would recommend everyone if you are going to leh and looking for a stay , must visit here once , you will feel like your own home .

This is a good hotel with all necessary facilities. I spent only one night there and was not able to evaluate the breakfast, but all other things were ok. The location is bout ten minutes from the central streets (Market etc). When I came, they allowed me to choose one of the two rooms. The first was on the ground floor and had a view on high mountains, but I chose the second, with a balcony and without such a view. I left the hotel very early in the morning - and there were no problems with that (even though the person responsible for that had to wake up). The territory of the hotel is flowery, clean and green and has several chairs where one can have a rest.
