Halt in Srinagar! Excellent Value & Location. A fantastic one-night stay at Lake Boulevard Guest House on my way to Ladakh. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Dal Lake. It's the best and cheapest accommodation I could find, offering amazing value. The host, Mr. Asif, is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. We loved our stay on the houseboat - Ibrahim and Faizan are great hosts. It's an amazing place to rest and recharge - as soon as we arrived we realised that we wanted to stay for longer. We went in the winter and it was so cosy with the woodburner in the living room and plenty of hot water for baths. Big shout out to Amin who looked after us and anticipated our every want! We also arranged trekking and fishing through Ibraham and Faizan which were awesome experiences. Great food and tea. And they were so helpful with arranging our onward travel. Thank you!!
