The place is done up really nicely, is calm, peacefully perched on top of a hill, amidst a forest of cedar trees and hence the name. The food was also great, we really enjoyed our stay here and shall be returning for sure.

Snow Valley Heights is nothing short of excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous and offered a high standard of service. The food was great and good value for money. The standard of cleanliness was high and the cleaning staff were very helpful. The location is great with beautiful views from the rooms. On Christmas Day we even received a complimentary plate of cakes and chocolates which was a lovely surprise when we returned to the hotel after an afternoon out. Absolutely no complaints at all.

Welcome and care of all staff members. Room was charming, comfortable and had a beautiful view. Breakfast and dinner were superb. Good location for many of the sights and for exiting Shimla avoiding much of the central Shimla traffic.

Everything was good but the view of shimla from the rooms and balcony was amazing. For food everything we ate was delicious whenever you visit must try. Hygiene was also very good and excellent room service provided by the owner he is also very kind and rates are also geniune in comparison to other hotels. Electric kettle is there in every room.

Incredible Place and People. I travelled from London and I wanted a beautiful ,peaceful and safe stay Luckily I found The Bagh Kufri. Our stay at The Bagh, Kufri was fantastic!     Property is situated around 5 km away from main road however the view and cleanliness were top notch. Staff was very courteous and willing to extra mile. Special mention for Tilak ji (driver) who took us down and up from property number of times and even helped me to see a doctor as I twisted my ankle during trekking. I will like to come back with family again.
