We arrived in Mumbai after a very long tiring flight and ordered an Ola which dropped us right in front of the resort and couldn't believe our eyes at what a beautiful property we suddenly found ourselves in. We were immediately welcomed in a very friendly way and felt incredibly comfortable right from the start we felt like home and this feeling only increased until we left! The staff is just so nice, accommodating and with every question or search for help with all their hearts in to give us the best possible time. Everyone does their Tasks incredibly well with a lot of love, we saw you all thanks to everybody ! We would love to come back anytime and would like to thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for this wonderful time ! The break fast was very good . The front desk was very helpful I wasnt able to book an Uber so they offered me their hotel shuttle . Room service was prompt and the in room dining was great The staff went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable

Four Points by Sheraton Navi Mumbai is a very nice hotel and you feel welcome from the very first moment you enter the hotel's property. All employees were very polite and nice and a wonderful news for us was that it was possible to check-in bit earlier. The room itself, King Deluxe Suite, was nice and spacious, including all essentials you can think of. But what I liked the most was comfortable bed, which we both really enjoyed. A big bonus was also the pool area and a gym, which I visited both. It was also possible to order food to pool area.
