Every hotel staff were very helpful. Clean room, good services. I had signed up for a tour with a travel agency, but the driver did not show up. The hotel staff called the travel agency and I was able to join the tour without incident. I’m very appreciate for their support.

The apartment was lovely and big. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a large sitting room and a kitchen. But what really made this stay was the wonderful owner Akhtar and his staff. Akhtar went out of his way to provide recommendations for places to visit and restaurants. He arranged a private driver for us to tour the sites of Hyderabad and a very competitive price. Additionally, he was a life-saver booking a last minute taxi to the airport for us when the prearranged taxi through booking.com didn't show. A great man.
