We greatly enjoyed our time spent at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon. Our hotel room had a beautiful, full panoramic view to the ocean. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Glenn showed us many peculiar Goan and traditional Indian dishes, and did his best to make us feel really special as long stayer guests of the Hotel. Mintu, who was in charge of cleaning our room, also performed outstanding services, and payed attention to the smallest details. We are really grateful for this holiday experience.

The location is very good, within walking distance of the attractions. For the Old Goa you can take local bus, from bus station, which is like 800 m distance. The owner will give you a map, and even a plan, how to visit Panaji (Panjim). Sharon and Roy will take care of you, like a mama and papa :) Very warm-hearted and helpful people, I had sore throat, they gave me medicine, and made ginger tea :) Spacious and clean rooms in a beautiful old house.

Dont look anywhere else for your stay, it has everything you would want. The room is cozy, good aircon, nice secluded porch, quiet at night (important in Panjim), comfy bed and hot water. Water bottles and soap are provided. The street is gorgious with old historical buildings and close to everything. Breakfast is very nice across the street and included. Last but not least, the owner is extremely helpful, gives tips on what to do and helps you in any way he can. Simply a warm and wonderful experience.

The most lovely hosts, Shubhada and Mohan were such a joy to stay with. Nothing was too much trouble, and we loved Mohan’s sense of humour. Kindest of all, Mohan dropped us to the train station very early in the morning, which would have been impossible for us otherwise. We found our room to be very clean and loved the balcony area where we enjoyed watching the fruit bats and geckos in the night. For the price we paid we couldn’t be happier with the room, it was spacious and the bed was comfy.
