Snow Valley Heights is nothing short of excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous and offered a high standard of service. The food was great and good value for money. The standard of cleanliness was high and the cleaning staff were very helpful. The location is great with beautiful views from the rooms. On Christmas Day we even received a complimentary plate of cakes and chocolates which was a lovely surprise when we returned to the hotel after an afternoon out. Absolutely no complaints at all.

I loved the way the staff welcomed us, also the main part was we were straight taken to our room for check in, didn't have to wait at the lobby while the check in is happening. Ambika is really nice, she was very helpful in answering all our queries and concerns in a calm way. Sumit the hotel manager was also very nice and good, the staff everyone was really nice to us, we felt very over happy, we were there to celebrate our 10th Anniversary and it wouldn't have been better in any other place.

Everything was good but the view of shimla from the rooms and balcony was amazing. For food everything we ate was delicious whenever you visit must try. Hygiene was also very good and excellent room service provided by the owner he is also very kind and rates are also geniune in comparison to other hotels. Electric kettle is there in every room.

We were made to feel welcome and at home from the moment we arrived. Ritu and her family were the perfect hosts, always on hand if we needed anything, whilst also giving us our space. The self contained apartment is spotless and has such a homely feel. Plenty of space across a bedroom, living area, kitchen, bathroom and private balcony (with the perfect view to catch the sunset). In terms of location, the Mall is a short walk up the hill, while also being fair enough away from all the hustle of Shimla that the accommodation is wonderfully peaceful. We enjoyed the homemade breakfasts made by Ritu which were delicious and very reasonable, just let her know the day before. We were very sad to leave and will certainly be back.

On the top of the hill it's a beautiful location in the lap of the nature with an amazing view The owner Mr. Shatil and his staff is very helpful and friendly providing their best services to the guests. Parking facility Wifi facility Etc. There is huge sitting area infront of the resort with an amazing view with swings and bonfire The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is amazing with beautiful views across the valley. The food is all freshly prepared on the premises. And sunil the owner and host is superb. Organising taxis and tours if needed. All at a very fair price.
