Snow Valley Heights is nothing short of excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous and offered a high standard of service. The food was great and good value for money. The standard of cleanliness was high and the cleaning staff were very helpful. The location is great with beautiful views from the rooms. On Christmas Day we even received a complimentary plate of cakes and chocolates which was a lovely surprise when we returned to the hotel after an afternoon out. Absolutely no complaints at all.

I loved the way the staff welcomed us, also the main part was we were straight taken to our room for check in, didn't have to wait at the lobby while the check in is happening. Ambika is really nice, she was very helpful in answering all our queries and concerns in a calm way. Sumit the hotel manager was also very nice and good, the staff everyone was really nice to us, we felt very over happy, we were there to celebrate our 10th Anniversary and it wouldn't have been better in any other place.

Welcome and care of all staff members. Room was charming, comfortable and had a beautiful view. Breakfast and dinner were superb. Good location for many of the sights and for exiting Shimla avoiding much of the central Shimla traffic.

    Had an awesome 2 night stay at property. Location is serene and beautiful, property is new, food is awesome and owners are happy to address small / adhoc requests. I celebrated my son's birthday and property owners were helpful in making arrangements, procuring cake etc. We had people from all age groups so getting a super positive feedback is rare but that did happen here. Highly recommend this for family vacation.
