The host was very helpful. Once I had done the booking he called me and gave me all the details before my arrival. I was traveling solo and he really was accommodating. I even had a scenario where I was stuck with an auto driver and he couldn't understand English, I called the host and he helped me to speak and sort it out. He also arranged cabs which are cheaper than airport cabs. The location is walkable to all places. It's just that some auto drivers are not sure of this place just get some landmarks and it would be fine. The room is nice for one person if you have big luggage. Overall it was a good experience.

This was the cheapest place we have stayed in India, and also one of the best! We weren't too sure before booking as it had few reviews due to being a new property, but it definitely exceeded expectations. The staff were amazing, especially the very friendly lady at the desk. We were a family with kids, and felt very safe and welcome here. The room was very good, clean and functional. The biggest plus of this place was the reverse cycle AC heating, and hot water showers that didnt run out after 1 minute! Havent found any other hotel that has this, and we were cozily warm the entire stay. Keep up the amazing work!

The room was extremely comfortable, everything was incredibly clean and in good order. The bed was super comfortable and I had a great sleep. The staff were exceptional- very attentive and genuinely considerate and did everything to make my stay perfect. Delicious food and a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had an great time at Shiv Shakti. The neigbouring waterfull (just walk 5 mins up) is insanely perfect. The athmosphere was super chill, with beautifull souls being attracted to this place.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. Richa and her team was so warm and welcoming. The food was amazing and fresh. Masala chai in the terrace was a bliss and yoga section with Richa in the mornings was really good.

This is a great place, with very polite staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, all the equipment works, there are no dirty spots or stains on the walls. What is very important, there are no insects. Sometimes there is noise from the corridor, but having changed many hotels in India, this is a common problem. I can confidently recommend this hotel, it is an ideal ratio of price, quality, location.

Lovely place, super clean room, extremely friendly and helpful staff, really enjoyed the meals, had several at the hotel as they were really delicious. Really lovely yoga class offered by the hotel. Honestly i definitely recommend this place.
