Everything! Feel like being in our own home. Each room is like a studio unit of a condominium. You have all the needed things. Kinda stay vacation. Very clean and very informative. The host is very helpful. Anything you can ask him. He helped me to arrange transportation. There is an elevator, so don't worry about carrying things. You can get all things at a walkable distance. Bus station to here 15 minutes only!

The host Mani was really helpful and friendly. We were able to locate the property easily through Google Maps and our host was ready to greet us. The Chinmay Nivas property is really clean and family-friendly, we stayed there for only two nights but wished it could have been more. There are a few restaurants as well nearby that delivers really quickly through Zomato in case you don't wish to cook in well-equipped kitchen. I would highly recommend it to my other family members for our next Tirupathi visit.

2---one of the good stay I have experienced, staff are more couteous with guests. Facilities wise more than sufficient for a family to stay with lot of space and service Available 24*7.i have stayed In 2bhk apartment which have chilled AC, TV for each room, fast WI-FI network connection, common fridge in dining hall. Rooms are clean and neat. Really I liked the stay and i strongly recommend this place for stay with families with affordable prices.
