The staff were really friendly and helpful, check-in process was smooth and effective.Room service was excellent and the food i had was delicious. Staff at the hotel are really exceptional and delivered excellent customer service. Thank you all! Will definitely stay at this property when i visit Vijayawada in the near future.

    The plus points is it’s quite neat and the kids enjoyed swimming pool.The break fast buffet is very good. Please improve on taste and healthier options.Mr. Mukund manager present on that helped us to shift the room to a better one.So he was quite helpful.

    We had a good experience with the front desk and staff, were forced to talk to them multiple times because of various issues with the room. Manager Pavan and others working different shifts helped us move rooms 3 times. They were friendly to talk to and understood the issues and worked on resolving them. Breakfast was the best. The top floor view was great, but would have been nice if they let us in the gym (atleast weights) without running shoes. Our request for a crib was well accommodated.

    Over all every thing is good but., cool stay and 🛀 bathtub was leakaing water 💧 Nd I suggest a small swimming pool for kids height upto 2feet should be constructed
