The staff is amazing. They really mean the true definition of hospitality. Great place, amazing gestures by the staff , food is awesome and not only me and my wife, even my pet loved the place. Unfortunately my car broke while reaching there but never has it happened that a hotel/resort would keep taking updates about my well being whilst my return from there. This shows the care they take about thier guests. I can't think of being a nagging critique and talk about problems. Every place will have it and they too have minor problems but they overcome it and are ready with solutions everytime. Be it a family or solo out in nature expirience i shall recommend Mystic stays with all hands down. Special mention to Staff ( Ajay, Vijay and Hrishikesh) and Eliza the onwer was really accomodating with last minute urgencies and demands. PLEASE BE READY TO HOST ME AGAIN😂.

Such a beautiful property. It's like a home converted into a hotel. It could be said almost like a homestay. The rooms are small, however the view and outside area makes up for it. I love that we had a dedicated table right outside the room, you have your meals there and there is always water kept for you. The rooms and toliet are super clean, even the towels - its one thing for some reason most hotels/airbnbs dont clean so well. Definitely worth the price, I enjoyed myself with no hassels.

For us, staff were the highlight of Hotel Malas, especially the kitchen staff led by the head chef. Very attentive, courteous and warm throughout our stay. We had breakfast and dinner included in our tariff, generous portions, tasty and much more than we could eat! Lots of suggestions on what to do, gave us the contact number of a great taxi driver who took us around for the rest of the trip. Malas Hotel team made our whole experience better. Place is located a short walk away (10 minutes) from the centre and is quiet as a result. Rooms are old-style and spacious. We will definitely stay here when in Panchgani again. Will highly recommend.
