Charming hotel with outstanding location and rooms. We traveled as a family of four and had two of the bigger rooms. Plenty of space and rooms were with kitchenettes - almost like an apartment. Breakfast included was definitely worth it. Great location for visiting Reykjavik and exploring the western/southern part of Iceland.

We stayed at CityHub Reykjavik in May 2025 and absolutely loved everything about it. The concept is modern, comfortable, and super practical. The location is excellent, the common areas are cozy and well-designed, and the self-check-in process was smooth and easy. A special thank you to the staff for the lovely birthday surprise they prepared in the room for my husband — it was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more memorable! There’s really nothing negative to mention. The staff was absolutely outstanding. From the check-in process, recommendations, restaurant, to the checkout, super helpful and attentive. They even greeted my fiancé with a box of sweets for her birthday. At the restaurant, the waitress named Mariana made our dinner really special. 10/10! We will definitely come back soon!!!

The dome was better in person than the photos. In many ways, it exceeded our expectations. We had a king size accommodating four guests. The children loved staying in the loft beds. It had an ample kitchen with a stove top pans, kettle, and coffee maker. We cooked a lovely steak dinner in situ. There was a nice welcome treat, fresh towels, and robes. The hot tube was hot and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Although we didn't see the northern lights, we still thougherly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely love to stay again. Thank you for an amazing night.
