Staff was super nice and polite. Room was very large and very clean. We could park our car right next to the enterance. Breakfast had a lot of options with fresh fruits and breads and doughnuts.
At night time receiption lady came to our room to notify us that aurora was starting which was really nice and polite addition.

TaiwanThis is the best accommodation in our trip to Iceland this time. We all really like it. Everything was great! Some bulbs were not working, but they came over to check immediately and explained that there was some shortage which was totally understandable.

United StatesBreakfast was spectacular! Wonderful variety and excellent quality. Loved the artifacts displayed throughout the building, like a museum. Enjoyed using the common space for our own family gathering. Also good extra space in room and bathroom.

All appliances mentioned in the facilities were present in the house. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 kids and the house was perfect for us. It was perfect for our family - located close to the Reception/restaurant building so very convenient but not as close to the sea/views as other parts of the hotel. Really close to Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon and Diamond Beach. We ate breakfast in the hotel - it was a buffet with loads of choice and everything was kept topped up.
