Communication with the host was excellent - we knew exactly how to get our key and check in. Loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer! Lots of amenities in the kitchen so we could make our own food, and two large areas to sit and eat. The couch and chairs in the sitting area were very comfortable. Room was good, and bathrooms were clean. Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful! Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, providing top-notch service. The room was spacious with large windows to the glacier. It was really quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Two extra pillows were offered. The staff was nice and welcoming and the breakfast was excellent!! Really good value for money.

The rooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable. The view was really spectacular and we took a few pics from our room. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Iceland.
