Located in Acireale, it’s perfectly positioned for day trips to Catania, Siracusa, Etna, and Taormina—but you’ll find it hard to leave this little paradise. The property is beautifully maintained and full of authentic charm, nestled in nature with a lovely pool and quiet atmosphere. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed by the hosts, Daniela and Luciano. Every morning started with a special touch: fresh granita and brioche delivered to our door—arranged by the owners. Our daughter was thrilled, and for us, it became a treasured daily ritual. We also enjoyed an Ayurvedic massage on our terrace, organized by the team, which was an absolute highlight—a rare moment of deep calm and care. The homemade dinner on our final night, served on our terrace and shared with our hosts, was a perfect closing chapter: delicious Sicilian dishes, great conversation, and a beautiful connection. Paolimura is more than just a place to stay—it’s a place where you slow down, connect, and feel at home. We made unforgettable memories here and will absolutely return.

Santa is an amazing host. This is a fully renovated, to a very high standard big house. Breakfast was delicious, we were met with a smile and very welcoming atmosphere. Santa recommend a local restaurant that was very good. She answered all the questions we had regarding the area. I wish we could stay longer there than just one day.

The very friendly hosts asked me each day what I did want for my breakfast, Because I am not much of a breakfast person I never asked for anything, but I still was able to get some water, fruit or yoghurts from the fridge. On the first morning I even got some leftovers, which were typical Sicilian and sweet :) Communication was not a big problem, because most of it was done by the daughter of the hosts, who is able to speak English. I am sorry for not speaking any Italian :) The room itself was very nice, new and modern. This is a perfect basis for trips to Taormina, Catania and lady Etna of course. Thanks for a lovely stay!
