The hotel is a 10 out of 10; everything is new and modern,looking very nice. The room was big, clean and having all the necessary stuff. Good breakfast, the staff is very nice. Regarding the location, it is close to Piazza dei Miracoli where the Leaning Tower of Pisa is located ( aprox 10 min walking distance).We went as well to the restaurant recommended by the hotel and we were not disappointed.

Pisa is a nice destination and we traveled first time there. This why I have appreciated very much the owners help. Any question was answered quick and precise. The house is walking distance to most important attractions but in a quiet zone. Also railway station Pisa San Rossore and PAM supermarket at walking distance(less then 10 minutes).

Extremely welcoming, friendly and ready to help owners, felt like we lived in a villa. A beautiful place to stay, modern and equipped with everything you might need, from the kitchen to the bathroom with a dishwasher, from the air conditioner, wifi, television to lounger on the terrace. The kitchen is filled for breakfast - cornflakes, coffee, tea, jam, butter, yogurt, including drinks and dishes, everything is at hand. The location is great, near the highway and it's easy to get to cities like Pisa or Florence. Comfortable and private parking spot on the property, fully fenced in. If you're doing a trip or spending your holidays with your car around Tuscany - i can only suggest you this place. I put 10 points, just because there's no option to give 10+.

Apartment was clean and spacious. We had everything that we needed for our overnight stay close to the airport. The hosts were very welcoming and attentive. We loved the thoughtful touches like breakfast snacks, drinks and local recommendations. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this B&B in Pisa. The location was perfect—just a short walk from the leaning Tower and square yet tucked away on a quiet street, making it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. Our room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was fresh and generous, The hosts were welcoming. Overall, it was a delightful experience and we would gladly stay here again when visiting Pisa.
