The location is just across from the beach and within easy walking distance of Barletta town and old-town. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The property is clean, modern and secure. Remember you are there for leisure and not business so don't think about things like TV and internet (yes they have them and yes they work). We had not heard of Barletta but had to make a last minute detour and found it. We are so pleased we did! You can get to the old town in 15 minutes walk and there are many bars and restaurants. When we said to the hosts we were planning to spend time at the beach they provided free extra towels: some hosts charge extra for this. When we asked for advice on getting a taxi to the train station they offered to drive us. That's 10/10 for me. Information you might find useful: There is a large commercial shopping centre within 15 minutes walk from the apartment. The beach is 5 minutes way and you can use the Brigtantier private beach (at a discount). For morning coffee and pastries there is a small bar directly across the street.

    Beautiful hotel set in well planted grounds. Our family loved the large inviting pool which never felt busy. It was such a large site and spacious building that it to never felt busy - calm ambience. Huge beautiful rooms. Friendly staff. Nice food.
