The breakfast was daily fresh and abundant and served at the time which we requested. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the premises and room were comfortable and clean with a good sized modern bathroom. Parking facilities were also excellent and secure. The location was also very good for travelling to all parts of Umbria particularly Perugia and Assisi.

This is a very nice hotel with a relatively large swimming pool, considering its size. Swimming in the pool was quite refreshing after the whole day's walk throughout Assisi's old town. The hotel is located in a very quiet and pleasant suburb of Assisi (about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Assisi main gate).

A wonderful location for combining rural and cultural tourism. Excellent level of hygiene and service. They have a farmyard with well-kept animals, the children had fun in the yard. The views from the place are breathtaking. A swimming pool is currently being built, which will be available to guests during the summer season.
