exactly as pictured in the profile, I can confirm that breakfasts are wonderful, tasty and plentiful, owners are available, helpfull and pleasant. Rooms are reasonably spacious, clean, daily cared for. Garden and surroundings are maintained, water in the natural pond was crystal clear and odorless, very quiet area. So whether just for base for trips in the Garda area or for relax at premises it offers all you need.

Lovely place and extremely friendly hosts. I had one of the best sleep, our room was so quiet. Great settings, and abundant and delicious breakfast.

Very clean room. Breakfast with a large variety of continental items, Italian deli and English breakfast. Special mention to the lady at the breakfast counter for her kindness, who kept replenish the items that were running low and told us to ask her for anything missing or if we wanted some more food. Reception staff was really helpful in spontaneously offer tourist information for the area that we were going to visit during the day. Handy and free private parking.

Very attentive hosts. We booked last minute as our car needed to be fixed locally to this area. The apartment was great and the host suggested a nice restaurant nearby. Hosts just so helpful and my children felt at home here.
