Clean, comfortable, very practical but chic, great choice of takeaway and restaurants around. Comfortable beds, remote windows and blinds, great AC. The terrace was a great bonus, the washing machine was a lifesaver! The parking was very secure, behind remote controlled gate. Tarek, the host, I want to take him home, he was so nice! He even took us to the ferry in the morning! Thank you for a great stay! Livorno is a great place to spend a few days!

Super comfortable beds, selection of different pillows for different heads, if you are a person who chooses primarily for sleep comfort rent this without hesitation. Parking is free immediately under apartment on the street. You get free parking”Italian breakfast” in the bar around the corner - coffee and croissant or similar. And it is furnished with great taste in my opinion - you can see pictures and see for yourself if you like it too.

Very nice and spacious house. Clean rooms and good beds. Friendly and caring host. Easy check in and self check out Private parking just outside the house in gated community. 5 min drive to the center of Livorno with great local restaurangs by the sea. 10min drive to the Corsica ferries Much better than any hotel !

The location was excellent, quiet but close to small shops, bars and bus stop for centre and station, also large park and open air cafe. Very comfortable bed and good sized bedroom and bathroom. Windows double glazed. Seemed to be lots of hot water, decent shower and effective heating. Also has air con, not that we needed it in March. Had a kettle! Liked the stair case with plants growing down it. The owner was very helpful with arrangements for access and also when we mislaid keys for a few hours.
