The property is located in a really nice area, just close to the famous beaches of La Cinta, Brandinchi or Lu Impostu. The room had everything we needed and the host was super nice and available. He gave us a lot of tips regarding beaches to go, restaurants to eat or where to take an aperitif. He also gave us an umbrella. The breakfast was made at the lobby of a hotel nearby and it was a really nice breakfast.

The property is great, the room, the garden with swimming pool, sun beds, terraces for each room. The location is great. Elena, Paulo the host and their daughter Maria are very kind, very helpful, I felt they are very warm and welcoming as they were my relatives. They gave me maps of the area, tips for restaurants, beaches and places to go.

Residence Hotel Lu Nibareddu is just 1 km from the beach of Porto Taverna, one of the most famous on the whole coast.

Spacious room, great communication and instructions from the host, very friendly! He greeted us with some cookies and provided us with local recommendations for San Teodoro. Loved having a secure car park, being close to San Teodoro town (few mins drive or a 30-40min flat walk) and a few mins walk to La Cinta beach. The room was spacious, had a fridge, kettle, bath, air conditioning, and a little shared courtyard which where enjoyed some limoncello ☺️

Located in San Teodoro, Residence Sardegna Summer Li Cuppulati is a 5-minute drive from the La Cinta beach. It offers self-catering accommodation, a garden featuring BBQ and outdoor dining areas.

We were met promptly when we arrived at reception and taken to our apartment by Ezio! He was so helpful and even booked us a taxi back to the airport for our return home. He was very understanding when we called about a slightly later checkin and was very accommodating towards that and everything else we could have needed. Lovely apartment, nice and spacious with all the facilities you could have needed.

The location, staff and food were amazing

The best hotel so far I have stayed. The location, the staff, the food are perfect for us. The area is very clean. I didn’t expect this hotel and the service is way better than other high class hotels. We will definitely come back!

staff were excellent- checked us in 2 hour early. let us use the gym straight away. they spoke excellent English and were so kind. the food in the restaurant was also excellent. the octopus and tuna were fantastic.
