This hotel is a hidden gem. It was a fantastic experience for the whole family - the room we stayed was perfectly clean and comfortable, the kids playground is really nice, the pool area is great and food was amazing. Everything in this hotel was of a very high quality right down to the smallest of details and it all felt new. Location was lovely with views stretching over Bergamo towards Milan in the distance. Hosts most welcoming and helped us book a restaurant for the evening, which was a great recommendation. Excellent continental breakfast, which we couldn’t take advantage of due to time constraints. We booked this hotel to catch an early morning flight from Bergamo and it turned out to be a bonus.

We had a perfect stay at this hotel! The place itself is very nice, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, what truly made our experience memorable was the outstanding support from the owner/manager. We had an issue with our passport, and he was incredibly kind and helpful during a stressful situation. He immediately took action, calling the police and the airport, and went above and beyond to assist us. We are very grateful for his responsiveness and care. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant despite the unexpected situation!

The location was great, only one bus from the airport. The host kindly didn’t charge us a late check in fee even though we arrived a couple of minutes after 9pm. The breakfast was delicious, the croissants were beautiful and the coffee machine was a great touch. The way the room was decorated made it feel like a palace, absolutely gorgeous! There were even free juices, water and wine provided in the mini fridge. Wow!
