The place looks really cool. The inferno room looks just like the pictures which is awesome. The bed was really comfortable. The matress is a bit hard, but to us was just perfect.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly upon our arrival. Explained and proposed all the restaurants and attractions to visit. The breakfast was wonderful and the happy hour at 6.30pm was worth doing considering that food and drinks have become very expensive in Florence. Free wine and Prosecco! 😁. The room was comfy and cozy . The location of the hotel is perfect to reach all the main attractions with ease and was an easy walk from the main train station. Definitely worth every cent for this upper 3 star hotel.
