Very nice place to stay, close to Livorno and Pisa. Clean, cozy, rooms has everything you need, enough space and breakfast was just perfect. Very smooth communication. I can recommend it 10/10.

Really lovely place, super friendly staff and the grounds man have done a fantastic job with the place. The pool is nice and the seating area is lovely. Highly recommend staying here over than in central Pisa especially if you have a car. We’ve done both and wish we stayed here instead of central the first time. Central & Airport are 10-15 min drive and there is an incredible resturant 4 mins away called Ristoro Risotteria Grigliera that you must check out while you’re here. Rooms are super clean and a decent size. Thank you for hosting us :)

The location was really good, it was quite during the night. It takes 23 minutes by car to get to the Livorno port. The host was very nice. They prepared breakfast before our departure at 6 o'clock. Very spacious apartment.
